This day counter measures the span between two calendar dates and reports the total day count, with an optional inclusive mode that adds one when both endpoints should count as full days. Inclusive counting matters for hotel stays, insurance policies, and legal notice windows where start and end dates both belong to the period. The tool uses absolute calendar-day math, so leap years and month lengths are already baked in-you never manually count February days.
How to use it
- Enter the from date-the start of the range you are measuring.
- Enter the to date-the end of the range.
- Toggle Include end day if both dates should count as full days in the total.
- Click Count days to see the total day span.
- Copy the result for emails, tickets, or project notes.
Good to know
Results are calendar math from the dates you enter. Business-day tools skip weekends when they say so. They do not know local holidays unless the page says they do.
