TimerClock ("we", "our", "us") operates timerclock.io. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
TimerClock stores preferences (theme, timer settings, alarms) locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not require account registration.
We may use Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which can set cookies and collect usage data according to Google's policies. Advertising cookies help show relevant ads and measure campaign performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings or via Google's Ad Settings.
How We Use Information
Anonymous usage data helps us improve tool performance and understand which features are most useful. We never sell personal information to third parties.
Advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. We do not place ads that interfere with core timer controls.
Data Security
All pages are served over HTTPS. Input fields are sanitized to prevent XSS attacks. Contact form data is validated client-side; server-side processing follows industry security standards.
Children's Privacy
TimerClock does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Classroom tools are designed for teacher-supervised use.
