Calendar Time Blocking with Session Timers

Overview

Every calendar block deserves a matching countdown. Align planned work with actual timed execution.

Give the block a name that matches the calendar event, and protect it with the timer so a short task does not spill into the next hour.

How to use it

  1. Open Pomodoro Timer.
  2. Write the task in the label, start the block, and leave chat and extra tabs until it ends.
  3. Keep Online Timer or Focus Timer for a second phase.

Good to know

A focus timer does not make a vague task clearer. If you cannot say what “done” looks like, fix that before you press start.
